Great central location, which was a big plus. On Saturday night it got quite loud due to music, so sleeping was a bit difficult—but still worth it for being so close to everything. The rooms were simple and a bit dated. Staff were friendly, though service felt fairly basic. Overall, the price–value ratio wasn’t ideal.

Ideal location for visiting the centre of Brussels, lively area in the evening, pleasant room, soft mattress, no separation from the bathroom.

Very central, very clean and comfortable. A very lively area (you could hear the crowds in the bars) and within walking distance of any tourist area. We went as a family with a 3-year-old and a 3-month-old baby.

It was good for sleeping. Quiet. The room is nice, but the rest is a bit "dark," and the area isn't very central.

We stayed one night at this hotel with two children. We had a spacious and pleasant room directly overlooking the street. During the day, there was obviously some noise from the bar's terrace. Around 6 pm, the music in the street was really loud. That's when we were deeply disappointed. We didn't sleep a wink all night. The noise finally stopped at 4 am! The bar doesn't have a closing time. Breakfast, at €18.50, was also a big disappointment. Given the price, we expected a much wider selection. Breakfast was offered to us free of charge due to the disastrous night, a gesture we appreciated. The hotel staff were very friendly.

The hotel is perfectly located, the service impeccable, and the room spacious, stylish, and comfortable. We will be back.

Our stay at this hotel was completely unacceptable and turned into a deeply frustrating experience marked by misleading information, broken promises, and behavior that can only be described as deceptive. From the moment we checked in, we faced serious issues, including a blocked sink, no hot water, inadequate heating, and being given a room that did not match our reservation. Despite reserving a double-bed room, we were provided with two single beds pushed together, resulting in extremely uncomfortable nights. Hot water was either completely unavailable or lasted only a few minutes, making basic hygiene impossible. Heating was insufficient, and on one night we were not even provided with the heater we explicitly requested, forcing us to sleep in the cold. Although we had reserved a quiet room months in advance, we were eventually placed in a room directly above the bar area, despite being explicitly promised a quiet room on an intermediate floor facing the back of the building. The noise level was unbearable, and sleeping was impossible. The rooms we were promised were reportedly given to other guests instead. The night before our check-out, a man who introduced himself as the hotel owner acknowledged all these issues and promised to compensate us by refunding the first night. We provided our bank details and were told the refund would be processed within one week. One month later, we have received nothing and have been unable to contact the hotel again. This hotel seems to gain trust merely by being listed on Booking.com, but in reality, it operates in a misleading manner and subjected us to a miserable three-night stay in Brussels. I am sharing evidence of the issues we experienced so that others do not choose this place based solely on its location. The experience was truly unacceptable.

Great hotel! Initially hard to find, but once we did it was a great experience. Note to others: More than likely you will have to enter the restaurant and walk towards the back in order to get to the check-in desk. The desk to the hotel is blocked off by tables and chairs for the bar. We were located on the second floor and the room was very clean. Also we were shocked to not hear the noise from the restaurant from the second floor. Bed was soft, pillows were a little lackluster but not enough to take away the experience by any means. The star of the show was having a bathtub that made this boutique hotel almost feel luxurious. For staying in the middle of Brussels, the value here is unmatched.
