We stayed one night at this beautiful, cozy guest house. The interior of our room was beautiful. Lots of attention to detail both in construction and interior design. The breakfast basket was delicious. Extremely comfortable, very quiet, and an excellent location for exploring Ghent. Look no further, stay here

We had a great stay. Super nicely furnished and even a vegan breakfast basket was possible. Lovely communication. Highly recommended. Parking is easy in the Savaanstraat car park.

The house and room (in my case, a twin room on the ground floor) are easily accessible using a code sent by email. Booking and check-in can be done online. While the room was quite small, it was very stylishly furnished and equipped with everything I needed for my one-night stay. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city. If you're arriving by car, you should look for parking beforehand. The house is located in Ghent's video-monitored LEZ (Low Emission Zone), so your car must be registered here, otherwise you'll be fined (either free or paid, depending on the vehicle). However, all the major sights are within walking distance. There's something for everyone when it comes to food. A thoughtfully compiled guide from the hosts (in a folder in the room) makes choosing a restaurant very easy. I was completely satisfied with my stay at this wonderful accommodation in Ghent and would love to return.

Ideal base for a weekend in Ghent!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Edgar’s Guesthouse. Such a nice, clean and cozy place. We spent two nights here and after our first day spent out in the city we came back to a clean room with a made bed, it was so nice, and really unexpected ! We also had a box of chocolates from Eline and Steven waiting for us! Such a nice touch! Thank you so much !

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Edgar Guesthouse. Eline was super friendly and so kind to let us check in early so we didn’t t have to carry our backpacks around until 3pm. Check in and check out is super easy all from your phone. Room was nice and clean, beds were comfy, and price was great. Location was close to the city center and easy to walk to main attractions. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

We stayed three nights in the city view suite, and we had a wonderful time! It was a beautiful room with a spacious bathroom. It was modernly decorated and spotlessly clean! Every day, the bed was neatly made, and coffee, tea, and water were replenished. Check-in and check-out were easy to arrange online, and access to the building and the room was controlled with a code. The location is very central. All of Ghent's various neighborhoods are within walking distance. Despite its central location, there was minimal noise. We slept wonderfully, and the excellent bed certainly contributed to that! We will definitely be back!

It's doable; the location is very good. The room is small but clean. No lounge. If that's enough for you...

Beautifully renovated. Water collected on the roof, providing a breeding ground for mosquitoes. Therefore, be careful with open windows.
