Le Napoleon

This Sunday, June 14th, I was welcomed warmly and joyfully. The hot chocolate was excellent and served very quickly. I'm happy to have been welcomed at this café/hotel.

A very good restaurant at an affordable price. I enjoyed an excellent omelet, generously filled with high-quality ham from the butcher and fresh mushrooms, accompanied by delicious homemade fries. The service is particularly pleasant, welcoming, and warm. Not being from Lille, my husband and I immediately felt at ease having lunch at this establishment. I highly recommend this restaurant, ideally located opposite the train station. Thank you to the entire team at Le Napoléon!

After a chaotic afternoon spent wandering the streets of Lille, some more accessible than others (mostly less so), the owner came to our rescue by sending Axel, who demonstrated exceptional professionalism. The welcome at the hotel was also very warm. The room was adequate, the bedding very comfortable, and while the location opposite the train station is admittedly a bit noisy in the morning, that's perfectly normal for a city center location. We will gladly return for a stay, a meal, or a drink on the terrace to say hello to the fantastic team!

We were greeted by Abden, who provided quick service for our large table. Excellent service. The waiter was smiling and had a great sense of humor; it's always a pleasure to end the day on a high note. Thank you for your culinary recommendations. We look forward to returning next time we're in Lille.

I met Pierre for the service! As a regular customer, I found him very friendly and helpful! I recommend this establishment for its welcoming atmosphere!

The waiter was arrogant and unpleasant. He spent 15 minutes at a table chatting with his "acquaintances" while other customers waited... well, bingo, they left without ordering after a 20-minute wait. We didn't stay long either... Definitely not to be repeated.

Centrally located at the train station. Breakfast is not recommended.
