Verbena and raspberry chou. The dessert has a balance of sweet and sour among the sorbet. I like the verbena cream making the tar more flavor.

A beautiful establishment with professional staff. The setting is magnificent and the breakfast is very good. The rooms are lovely. I find the spa a bit small. Special mention for the valet parking service; it's really great for securing your vehicle.

We had a wonderful stay at Hôtel Les Haras in Strasbourg and felt very comfortable from the start. The exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful staff deserves special mention – you truly feel welcome and well cared for. The location is perfect: pleasantly quiet, yet you can easily reach the center of Strasbourg on foot in less than 10 minutes. The rooms are beautifully, modernly, and stylishly furnished. We also really enjoyed the modern wellness and spa area, which is ideal for relaxing after a day in the city. Another highlight is the excellent breakfast with its great selection. The option to have breakfast outside when the weather is nice is especially lovely. For us, everything was just right – the location, the amenities, the atmosphere, and above all, the outstanding service. We would return in a heartbeat and can wholeheartedly recommend Hôtel Les Haras!

Magnificent hotel, a memorable stay, I loved everything. The value for money is excellent, all the staff are impeccable, and the rooms, pool, spa, etc., are also spotless. We spent 3 nights there and I would have stayed another 3. If I were French, I would return without hesitation.

Absolutely terrible experience. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. After I checked out, the hotel tried to hold me responsible for damages that I did not cause. It genuinely felt like they were looking for an excuse to charge me extra. When I explained my side and disputed the claims, the staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to listen. The way this situation was handled destroyed any trust I had in this hotel. No guest should have to worry about being accused of damage they didn’t cause just to be asked for more money afterward. I strongly do not recommend staying here. If you do, take detailed photos and videos of every corner of your room when you check in and again before you leave—you may need them. I will never stay here again.
