We stayed there for two days in January 2026 with our van. The heavy snowfall made for a somewhat different camping experience. Arriving back at 3 a.m. in -13°C weather and having to trek through 30cm of fresh snow to get to the toilet isn't something everyone would enjoy. When we woke up early the next morning, the courtyard had already been cleared. The hotel staff were clearly trying hard to manage the situation and did a pretty good job. The toilets were clean and well-maintained. In the summer, it will probably be a bit difficult with only one toilet per pitch, given the number of spaces. However, everyone should be able to use their campervan, and waste disposal is available on-site. A spacious shower is available for an extra charge. We've had better breakfasts, but it wasn't disappointing. As a bonus, there's plenty to discover throughout the hotel, including the breakfast room. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. For a full 5-star rating, the breakfast needs to be better. Otherwise, it was excellent all around. Thank you. We felt very comfortable!

We stayed with my friends. Rooms are clean and nice but the walls are thin. Location is good and in front of the tram station.

Excellent food and service

A beautiful little hotel with a fantastic breakfast buffet, super friendly staff, and parking right in front. And the wonderful artwork and paintings on the walls make this hotel truly special. We'll definitely be back! 🫶

We managed to find accommodation for four people at short notice for the same night. We couldn't get into our rented holiday apartment and were understandably upset. We can highly recommend the hotel! Thank you for the kind and quick welcome late in the evening.
