Spark by Hilton Wuppertal City Centre

Great hotel... The four of us stayed there and enjoyed a fantastic breakfast for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic stay there for a training course. The room was spacious and modern. It had everything you could need (even a kettle and a steamer for ironing). The air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was very clean. The gym is more of a collection of cardio machines, but that's manageable. I didn't use the sauna. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious! The staff was exceptionally friendly. I always received competent and friendly answers. A nice bonus: The adjacent parking garage only costs €4 per day (despite its central location). At that price (around €65), I would definitely book again.

The experience was very good. We arrived around 1 a.m. and the staff was very friendly and attentive. However, when I wanted to take a shower, the hot water stopped working. The problem was resolved by speaking with reception, but it was a bit unpleasant. 4.8/5

Good location all together a good stay

Free Wi-Fi, sauna, public transport tickets, drinking water in the lobby, and tea/coffee in the room. Rooms facing the bus station are very noisy from 5 a.m. onwards, even with the window closed. Electric buses would be much appreciated. The adjacent DB parking garage costs €8 per day. Located right next to the train station and the city center.

Excellent location for the city center. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was ample, fresh, and good. The only downside was that the double bed was a bit narrow and positioned directly against the wall.

I went there with my 2 year old. We were visiting Wuppertal to see the Schwebebahn. It was excellent that this hotel was right at the central bus station and train station . The central Schwebebahn station was also within walking distance. Everything was stroller friendly, the hotel was nice and practical. We'd leave the rooms every morning with a free apple, courtesy of the hotel. Our child was super happy to see all the modes of transportation and thanks to the location, it was super easy to get around to wherever we wanted to go. I would highly recommend this place if you want to see Wuppertal. I would also highly recommend this place if you're going to Düsseldorf for a Messe or any major event, because you can easily take a short train to Düsseldorf from here and I'm sure availability and price would be a lot better than Düsseldorf.
