Hotel is really good and the staff is both nice and helpful. They will order you a taxi at a better price or help you with other reservations.

The location is excellent. Breakfast is decent. Friendly staff.

The door was locked at night and we couldn't get into the room, there is no one at the reception at night, we got someone's number, the attitude was disgusting, not to come near with a promise

Excellent hotel with attentive and lovely staff. They made our stay very pleasant. Modern room, bottles of water every day and a fresh and very sufficient breakfast. They left early in the morning and offered us a packed breakfast for the road - lovely.

Outstanding service. I accidentally left my headphones behind, and the hotel team went above and beyond to get them back for me.

The receptionist was really nice. The only problem I had was that there was not front desk all night. Some horrible guests from room 101 were so loud that we could not sleep. These guests who stayed in room 101 on December 14/15 of 2025 were so loud and rude that we were even afraid to approach them to ask for some proper behaviour and a little bit of silence. I believe that this was our only problem: not being able to sleep because of a loud and rude family.

This hotel will keep your money by force even though there was a problem in booking which was explained to them through e-mails still refused to return my money. the person "responsible" fpr resevervations very cynically answered to me thaty is not the problem but mine because I reserved through booking and not through them meanwhile their reception employee admitted to me that indeed they have problem with booking reservations and had many coplaints from the customers. with all that inform ation at hand still this "hotel" insists of keeping my money in a predatory way

Oh I have many things to say about this hotel. The main thing is that it’s simply not a very good value for money. It’s a little pricy for a hotel that: 1. The water drainage in the shower is not super effective, which causes on every shower a flooding in the bathroom area (which leaks into the actual bedroom). 2. Nothing is exactly hot. Not the hot tub, neither does the shower. You really can only make one shower at a time and then wait for the hot water to heat up again. 3. One of the toilets really smell and the housekeeping in an almost religious manner is cleaning the room and leaving that door open - so when you come back to the room you are welcomed with the odor of other bathroom users. 4. We didn’t have any soap or shampoo. We asked for it to be refilled but all we got is 1 (!!!) very small 5ml bottle of soap for the entire duration of our stay. We simple used our own soap cause we realized that asking the front desk amounts to nothing. 5. Apart for day 1, we didn’t get any more water bottle (which is quite widespread in Greece with much cheaper hotels). 6. Breakfast space is a mezzanine in the middle of the building. We went there once and didn’t go anymore. I think that sums it up.
