This hotel is a real gem for visiting Brescia. The historic center is nearby and within walking distance. You can leave your car in the hotel parking lot for just €5. The breakfast is excellent and varied. But the real difference is made by Mr. Massimo, who takes impeccable care of his guests. He's a true gentleman. The friendly, smiling staff ensures the cleanliness of the rooms and is impeccable. Excellent management from booking to checkout. Everything was impeccable. Recommended.

A charming, modern, and very clean hotel in an ideal location for exploring Brescia. The manager gave us a warm welcome and was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very varied and left nothing to be desired – cheese, cold cuts, honey, jam, eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, cakes and biscuits, various coffees, tea, juice, water... everything was available. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

We visited this hotel with our team, combining our stay with a holiday after an educational trip to Milan. Mr. Massimo was a true gentleman in every sense of the word. Extremely helpful, he did everything possible to ensure we were completely satisfied with our stay. If there is one reason we would visit this hotel again, it would definitely be thanks to Mr. Massimo. the hotel was also very clean, with modern, minimalist spaces that created a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Courtesy and a smile are among the most pleasant aspects of a short stay at this hotel, a modern building with modern rooms just steps from Brescia's city center. The parking facilities are a plus.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming little hotel with my whole family this weekend. It’s a small and very cozy place that immediately makes you feel comfortable and welcome. The breakfast was absolutely incredible — delicious, fresh, and clearly prepared with great care. What really made the experience special, though, was the attention and kindness of the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, and the gentleman who works there was especially lovely and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect as well — right in the center and within walking distance of everything. A beautiful, warm place that we would happily return to. Highly recommended!
