An excellent experience at the Hotel Sacro Cuore. The property is truly beautiful, with a stunning location that makes the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are renovated, clean, and meticulously maintained. A strong point is undoubtedly the hospitality: the staff is friendly, helpful, and always attentive to guests' needs. A special mention goes to Susanna, the receptionist, for her courtesy, professionalism, and helpfulness: she made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

It's remained unchanged for a lifetime. Simple and clean, bright, with an excellent view of the mountains and beautiful forest. Nestled in a green area of ​​Perugia. Good food. Friendly staff.

We stayed 3 days and 2 nights. The location is VERY inconvenient, as neither taxis nor Ubers reach the hotel. The rooms are small and often have items missing or broken, like our sink. They're also very dirty, as we found hair on the beds and in the shower as soon as we entered. The walls are very thin, so we could hear other people's conversations. In the morning, the coffee and milk machine didn't work. When we returned to our room, we didn't find our sleep mask; when we asked at reception, they told us they'd thrown it away. We also went out for a walk in the evening and when we returned, everything was locked. We had to call friends to open the door. Furthermore, the rooms in the secondary building don't lock, the windows are broken, and the bathrooms are dirty. We had a terrible experience; absolutely not recommended.

We arrived by car and the hotel is very nice, cozy and its staff is very friendly.

I stayed at the property for a week with two cousins ​​and was delighted with the efficiency and kindness of the entire staff. I sincerely thank Silvia for organizing wonderful private guided tours of Assisi and Todi for us at very reasonable prices. Without her, we wouldn't even have been able to visit the Basilica of Saint Francis in Assisi to see the remains of the saint. All reservations from Milan were fully booked. Mrs. Ella welcomed us warmly and kindly. Thanks also to the breakfast staff. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. Highly recommended!

The rooms are large enough to sleep well. There's also a breathtaking view of the Umbrian plain. The pasta in the restaurant was a little undercooked, which is understandable considering the number of people.
