Excellent staff and location, I recommend them

This Hotel is located really close to everything. Great views of Mt. Etna from the room. They have a wonderful terrace bar and restaurant. We ate dinner there very late one night. The food was great and the atmosphere was amazing. . The entire staff was phenomenal. The room was immaculate. The building is older but had been updated and this Hotel is ran very well with every staff member we encountered being helpful, cheerful and professional.

Lovely hotel with a fantastic view of Taormina! All of their receptionists are helpful and friendly especially Mary. I particularly enjoyed our private terrace from our hotel room which is really nice.

Unfortunately, we only stayed one night at the Hotel Continental: we would have loved to stay longer, but our itinerary was already finalized. From the moment I booked over the phone, I appreciated the staff's great professionalism and kindness. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a beaming smile and a pleasant surprise: a room upgrade, a gesture we particularly appreciated. The room, in addition to being impeccably clean, also had a balcony. The hotel deserves four stars rather than three. The beds are extremely comfortable. The terrace is also splendid, where you can have breakfast or enjoy an aperitif while enjoying a breathtaking view. Special thanks to all the staff for their courtesy and helpfulness, and especially to the breakfast waiter who, despite being away only due to circumstances beyond his control, handled every task with extraordinary efficiency and always with a smile.

Had a truly wonderful experience. The rooms were excellent, clean and comfortable. Receptionist Mayra was incredibly sweet and welcoming, even offering us refreshing lemon water upon arrival after a tiring uphill way to the hotel. Her kindness set the tone for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort and outstanding hospitality.

The place is excellent, very well located.

Excellent location, very centrally located, with direct access to the city center via the garden entrance. The service was very friendly and attentive. Parking at the hotel is only possible with a lot of luck; for us, it meant unloading our suitcases and heading to the parking garage, which is about an 8-minute walk up many steps. The hotel has a great rooftop bar, which is, however, quite pricey. We weren't very happy with our room in the budget category. Cleanliness and beds were okay, but our bathroom was rather uninviting, painted with waterproof paint, and had a shower in which turning around was a real challenge. The breakfast was plentiful, and the view of Mount Etna was phenomenal.
