This was our second stay and we particularly appreciated the friendliness of everyone who works at this hotel.

Fantastic experience! My partner and I arrived at this hotel as French travelers, not speaking a word of Italian and with very little English. The receptionist spoke fluent French, and we were able to chat and get clear explanations about the hotel, which we greatly appreciated. We were also upgraded upon arrival to a small suite with a city view, which was truly magnificent. The room was quiet, clean, and well-equipped. The hotel has real charm and character, a refreshing change from the usual, more "standardized" hotels. The heated pool was very pleasant.

The hotel is very well located, and the rooms are beautiful and spacious. The spa is free to use and very good, with a sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, etc. A great stay; the staff is great too!

Decent, but definitely needs improvement. Liked: - The location is great. - Staff were all nice. - Clean room. - Great breakfast (room service). Disliked: - The bed and pillows were super hard and uncomfortable. We asked for a pillow top which helped a little, but not enough. - The air-conditioner made a whomp whomp whomp noise the whole time and didn't actually cool, so we were sweating. - Pets aren't allowed anywhere so we couldn't eat downstairs for breakfast or any other meals. - The room service food was not good at all. - When we checked in we asked for our car to be charged before we leave. They forgot. - Room smaller than expected based on m2.

Our stay in Turin could not have been better - mostly driven by Silvia, from the guest relation team, who went above and beyond to help me prepare for a surprise weekend getaway for my wife. Turin itself is charming and well worth a long weekend, and Principi di Piemente is even nicer than their sister hotel in Milan. We enjoyed the room & bathroom design, which are spacious, and really appreciated the super quiet nights in the comfy bedding to be rested for our day adventures. If you can get a room on the higher levels you will love the amazing view across the city!

I can say this is my favorite hotel in Italy. The breakfast was simply excellent. The rooms were comfortable enough. The view was beautiful. The location is great. We explored many places on foot.

The staff were consistently pleasant and courteous, but several aspects of the guest experience could be improved. We asked the front desk twice for recommendations for live music or cultural events, but they had nothing to suggest. We later learned that a major opera festival was taking place during our stay, which we would likely have attended had the hotel informed us. A luxury hotel should be well prepared to recommend important local events and experiences. Our room was not ready at the stated check-in time, and the welcome gift did not arrive until several hours later. At breakfast, the staff could also have been more attentive in anticipating basic needs. For example, no one initially asked whether we wanted coffee. After requesting it, we waited approximately 20 minutes. A few small hospitality touches would also make a meaningful difference. Providing water in the lobby would be appreciated, particularly during warm weather. A clearly explained welcome drink would also improve the arrival experience. We went to the bar but were unsure what was included and had difficulty communicating with the server about the available options. Principi di Piemonte is a beautiful hotel with pleasant staff, but more proactive service, stronger local knowledge, and better attention to arrival and breakfast details would make the experience feel much more polished.

Excellent location and very friendly staff. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was completely out of order during a heatwave, making it almost impossible to sleep. The fan provided was simply not enough. We were also disappointed that several of the spa bubble and hydrotherapy features were not working. These are serious shortcomings for a five-star hotel, and they significantly affected our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were highly impressed by the exceptional hospitality. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, the breakfast offers a great selection, and the bar is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. A special thanks to Christian and Tatiana at the front desk. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. Their recommendations were excellent, and their welcoming attitude made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. We left with wonderful memories and are already looking forward to our next visit. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and a first-class experience.
