Good atmosphere, nice and relaxed, definitely a place to visit!

I felt almost suffocating due to the strong chlorine smell in the water and suffered greatly from it. Moreover, the attitude and treatment by the reception staff are absolutely unsuitable for a professional welcome of guests.

Very bad experience!! The hot tub and the pool were cold, which meant we couldn't enjoy our stay at all. We pointed this out directly to the employee several times. She came inside frequently to resolve the problem and even tried to heat the hot tub with a garden hose, which is obviously not normal and didn't help either. Eventually, we were told that we had to contact them afterwards via email, because they couldn't do anything for us at that moment. We did that, but there has been no response. For €180, you expect working and heated facilities, especially when this is also promised on the website. We eventually left early because it was too cold. Very disappointing and absolutely no good service.

What a wonderful experience at this spa! From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of calm. A special mention goes to Dina; she made sure I felt at ease immediately. Her professional approach and friendly demeanor made the treatment extra special. I will definitely be back!

The swimming pool was cold, we didn't get a tour and therefore didn't know where everything was, and when we called the lady she wasn't there and we had to call ten times. There were clumps of hair in the water, really disgusting. And to questions we asked, we kept getting the answer "I don't know". Really not satisfied, also because during the visit and when we were being helped, the lady was on the phone, which caused static. Please do something about this!
