The only thing I liked was the organization of breakfast....

The owner of the accommodation behaved very badly. Upon entering, they give you access through a non-resident intercom, and no one verifies your identity, only the booking reservation. They charged €45 for a visa fee for the loss of some keys, which, if it's true, we lost because they were going to have to change the lock, but they didn't, without giving us the option to check if the keys were found. €45 for losing keys is a rip-off, and with the price of things in Portugal, even more so, but if they had changed the damn lock, I would have kept quiet. In the end, they legally billed only a quarter of the amount, and they tried to collect the €45 for the lost keys again. Much more irregular than I'm willing to admit. Anyway. Clean, new place, and with good breakfasts, by the way.

A pleasant house, located in the center of Lagos, surrounded by old walls, with easy access to everything. We visited Lagos off-season, so we were completely alone in the house. The lady who looked after the house had only us to think about :) We didn't see anyone except the nice lady who prepared breakfast and tidied up the room, and to whom we later paid the rest of the payment. The breakfasts were delicious and filling, the room clean and tidy. If you're not looking for a fancy hotel, but a small place, I definitely recommend it.

The rooms seem a bit uncomfortable, and there's mold in the shower. On the other hand, the outdoor area with its barbecue area and pool is quite cozy. The value for money is decent.
