Once a former comfort guesthouse, it is now a concept bar with a corresponding design. Everything's erotic and with her. We hit it from the top entrance when we left noisy Pink Street. Was looking at places to visit in Lisbon for relaxing. I went even though Some friends who visited had a horrible experience at this place. Be very careful . It’s a dangerous place with no customer service , courtesy or basic decency. Not surprised after reading the terrible reviews. It will shut down soon for sure. Dont blow your money or waste your time here!

I went with my friends, which as a payer was leaving the establishment, and without wanting I stumbled into an employee and already turned and apologized, in this she turned me screaming even after seeing that I was not intentional, she began to follow me asking if I wanted a problem insistently...I did not understand the situation, I think that a place where it depends on a public should be more careful with its customers, I will not go to a place as a customer to be defrauded after apologizing... We are in a place where it exceeds the number of people and the employees who work there should be careful about it. After all, it's their own work.

Unfortunately in one gesture I dropped the beer before even trying it, the waiters kindly cleaned the floor and the table and there was the thing, they didn't put another beer, despite having paid 6€ for it, it's the first time in my life that I see this, drops a glass that you haven't even tried and they don't put another, I don't know if it's the fault of the experience of the waiters or decision of the bar, in any case I take a disappointment, I hope this doesn't happen to you cuts all the rust, I don't recommend the place to anyone.

Bar that my partner and I met by chance. We found it a very different place, with a special charm and unique decoration. We ordered two drinks, me a liquor and my partner a beer, with so bad luck that just after bringing the drinks to the table, by accident my partner dropped the glass of beer and everything spilled. I find it a courtesy detail from the local to have brought a new drink but it was not the case. We expected the waiter to come up after cleaning the table and bring us a new beer but we didn't. Finally we told him and he told us that it was not the local problem, that if we wanted another beer we would have to pay for it. I'm almost 50 years old and I've come up with something like that in my life. Faced with a similar situation the bar responds and pleases the customer. That's unprofessional. Ridiculous, my boyfriend go off duty pants and refuse entry. I've slept here several times, but I'll say it's the last time. I have been visiting the love pension for a few years and I find this ridiculous.There was also confusion with a lot of people trying to enter.
