I had a very unpleasant experience at this establishment. Upon arrival, the security guards at the entrance refused me entry without any explanation or clear criteria. The space was open, and other people behind me entered without any problem, which makes the situation even more incomprehensible. I questioned the reason, but I received no answer. On the contrary, the attitude was one of total disrespect: the security guard slammed the door in my face and even called a colleague, who also did not provide any clarification. Both demonstrated an unprofessional and even disdainful attitude. I am left without understanding what criteria were used. I can't help but wonder if factors such as my appearance or skin color had any influence, which, if confirmed, would be extremely serious. It is even more disappointing considering that this is a space that appears to be inclusive and connected to the LGBTQIA+ community. I expected a welcoming and respectful environment — exactly the opposite of what I found. I sincerely hope that management will review the actions of the security team to prevent situations like this from happening again. Nobody deserves to be treated this way. Unfortunately, my experience was very negative and left a very bad impression of the place. The security guard needs more training to treat people better, or at least respond and explain the criteria for not being able to enter the place, since I also have money. I wasn't going to enter without paying. I'm still going to access the online complaint book. Employees need to improve a lot! Responding to your comment about incorrect behavior. That's a lie! They judged me by my appearance. Inside, everyone was drunk, even because it's a bar.

They discriminate. They lied at the door and said there was a private party. Then other people were randomly let in.

A place with lots of character and lots of fun 😃

Worst drag show I ever watched. Had to be seated in a weird horseshoe formation, no one was standing. Withstood the laziest lip syncs imaginable. No ingenuity, no originality. The show was advertised a free, but you are required to spend 10€ at the bar. The bar staff was friendly tho.

I just went for drinks and had a great time. Good atmosphere, good music.

We were told on the way out that the minimum spend was 48 euros... shameful, for four beers!
