Hotel Platinia

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The breakfast was varied and very well presented, and the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was at the highest level. All the staff were extremely kind and attentive to our needs, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would especially like to mention Mr. Septimiu and Ms. Mara at the reception, who were extremely kind, professional and always available to help us with a smile. We will definitely return and we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and quality experience.

I have stayed in this hotel several times due to the layout of the apartments and the area's accessibility to my points of interest. The last time (stayed for a week), the experience was completely unpleasant, the room was cold and smelled like sewage. I informed the reception, but the answer was that the heating in the entire hotel was already turned off and it wouldn't turn back on even though it was still cold outside. We would have appreciated being told when we made the reservation so we could have opted for another hotel that wasn't stingy with this aspect. From what I see in other reviews, they have received multiple complaints about the temperature in the rooms, but they choose to ignore it. I think that for a 5-star hotel it is not enough to put Bvlgari in the bathroom when it smells like sewage.
