All In Hostel

I had a very disappointing stay due to the complete lack of professional management and empathy from the staff. An elderly guest in my dorm treated the shared space as her private room, attempting to control where I could place my things and even commenting on what time I returned at night. To make matters worse, she smoked inside the dorm. The most upsetting part involved my belongings. I had stored my bag under my own bed for easy access due to a neck injury. When she complained it was "not clean," the staff immediately took her side. I explained my injury and asked to move it at my own pace to avoid aggravating it. They ignored my medical request and treated it as an excuse. A staff member came back just five minutes later to pressure me, making me feel like a criminal for having a physical limitation. The staff's response was the core problem. They took her side, validating her unreasonable demands and making me feel like an intruder. The atmosphere was deeply uncomfortable, and the staff's disrespect for my basic needs and medical situation made it impossible to enjoy my trip. A hostel should be a place of community and fairness; this was the opposite. The female receptionist was very understanding but the guy was horrible.

Very friendly staff, they greeted me and helped me around the place, I recommend it!!!

Guests smoke inside 🤢 and the smell is everywhere — completely kills the atmosphere. Too bad, because AC works and beds are comfy (though privacy curtains are missing). But if management doesn’t care about stopping smoking, this is a hard avoid for any traveler looking for a pleasant, friendly hostel experience.

Recommendation!

We chose a room with a balcony through Booking. The room doesn't have a balcony. We waited for the receptionist at the venue for 10 minutes. They don't answer their phones. We left the accommodation.
