Overall, I had a great experience with the Hotel Lama. Staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect for stay.

We do not recommend this hotel due to its poor value for money – it is too expensive even compared to better accommodations in European metropolises. It is a 45-minute walk from the center and overlooks a landfill. The air conditioning in the room was not available despite the promise on Booking (they refused to give us the remote control for the air conditioner when we asked because the room was freezing), hygiene is questionable (bloody hand towel). The staff is unpleasant – at 11am they “chased” us because, supposedly, check-out must be by 10am, even though Booking clearly stated otherwise. In the end, they even chased us in the parking lot, claiming that the payment had not gone through, even though we had a receipt. Shame!

Very friendly staff. The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast wasn't very varied but was sufficient. Located a bit far from the city center. Good hotel for a short stay.
