Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic location. Warm and relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant.

I was only in the hotel cafe..no atmosphere at all. Exterior 0. Service 4. Nothing special.

Top hotel in every way

The location is great...and that's it. The entrance to the hotel is from the passage, not from the main street. The receptionist has no idea why the city is so crowded (the biggest protest in the history of N.S.) The hotel doesn't have an elevator, which is a problem for people with limited mobility or disabled people. Maybe we were unlucky, so we were placed in a room where the door, although locked, kept banging because there was a gap between it and the frame. The bed linen was worn out, one of them was even dirty. There is a TV, but there are no TV channels. I tried to connect the TV to wifi, but that didn't work either. If you are not 175cm tall or taller, you can't turn on the light above the bathroom mirror. The toilet seat is wobbly. Although the reservation was for two people, there was one glass in the bathroom and one wine glass in the kitchen. We waited about 50 minutes for breakfast in the restaurant, and repeated our order twice. The guests at two tables who came after us got their breakfast significantly before us. I must admit the restaurant was full, with ONE waiter. The next day the restaurant was almost empty, with TWO waiters, but we still had to repeat our order twice. NO. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

The room was incredibly spacious—I felt like I was in an apartment, not a hotel. The prices were reasonable. The breakfast was good—not buffet-style, but you could choose what you wanted from a five-course menu. The beds were comfortable. The room was cleaned daily. The location was excellent. The 24-hour reception desk was very helpful. The kettle and fridge in the room were great!
