It used to be my favorite bar/café in the whole area, but sadly, last night was the last time I set foot in that place. The service keeps getting worse; the waiters are incredibly rude and can't even answer you while looking you in the eye. That's precisely why last night I got up and left. I politely asked the tall, blond guy with glasses who I could order from, or if I could order from him... and his answer, without even turning around, was no, that he had too many people to see what he was going to do. They really need to teach their waiters some manners, because otherwise they're going to lose all their regular customers, like me.

The decor is quite kitschy, with a huge mix of elements and styles that, surprisingly, work quite well together and give the place a lot of personality. In the back, however, the experience changes drastically: there was no air conditioning or fans, so it was extremely hot and quite uncomfortable to be there. The most negative point was definitely the service. The waiter had an unfriendly attitude and gave the impression that serving you was more of a favor than a job. His responses and looks were quite dismissive, with a somewhat "diva" attitude that made the interaction uncomfortable. The place has a lot of visual charm and potential, but they should pay much more attention to the ventilation and, above all, the customer service.

A great bar to spend quality time with; the waiters are very attentive. Definitely a place to return to.

I'm a regular customer of this bar, but today, September 15, 2026, I had a very bad experience. The music was a bit stressful, and I asked if they could change it. The response was very rude because the waiters seemed to like it. I can understand their taste in music, but that wasn't the appropriate response. Why were they so rude in their replies? There must be different ways to respond that don't make customers feel worthless. I'm sorry, I don't usually leave reviews, but they made me feel awful.

As someone who comes from Toronto, where there is a thriving and welcoming LGBTQ+ community, I was genuinely disappointed by our experience here in Barcelona. We expected to feel welcomed, especially as a group of LGBTQ+ friends, but instead we were made to feel completely unwelcome. We were shoved into a back patio with absolutely no atmosphere and no music. It was so unpleasant that we eventually had to play our own music just to create some sort of vibe for ourselves. What made the experience even worse was the service. Our server asked us to pay before we had even finished our drinks and didn’t once ask if we wanted another. The way we were treated made it very clear that the two women in our group were not particularly welcome, and the overall attitude from the staff was dismissive and uncomfortable. We came expecting a fun, welcoming experience and instead felt like we were being pushed out. If the staff had treated us with even a basic level of respect and hospitality, we would have been more than happy to stay longer, order more, and support the establishment during our time in Barcelona. Unfortunately, the way we were treated left a very bad impression, and it’s not an experience I would want to repeat or recommend to others.

While in Barcelona, ​​we loved this bar! The waiter was super friendly, the barmaid was also really cool, and it's very well located with a lovely little terrace. We highly recommend it! ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Beautiful queer Bar with nice people to meet. Staff is mostly stressed but it’s fine they all have to do a lot of work because the bar is never empty.

A truly regrettable experience and an absolute disappointment. The service was appalling from the very beginning. The waiters were chatting at the bar in front of the customers, demonstrating a blatant lack of professionalism and respect. Furthermore, their attitude towards the customers was hostile, unfriendly, and completely out of line with what one would expect from an establishment that claims to offer good service. As for the food, another major disappointment. What we were served looked like frozen food and, to top it all off, it didn't resemble the photos on the menu at all. There's a difference between a photo and serving something that bears virtually no resemblance to what's advertised. I had very high expectations before coming, and the reality couldn't have been more disappointing. Poor service, a lack of professionalism, and food that doesn't live up to the hype. Without a doubt, I don't recommend it and I wouldn't return. There are many places where customers are treated with respect and the food is as advertised.
