There was an ant infestation, and despite having a reservation, it took us four hours to get in; we practically slept on the street. And to top it all off, the next day we went to the beach, and the cleaning lady left the door wide open—we could have been robbed! Honestly, HORRIBLE!
Very nice people! The room was perfect and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely come back. :)
Excellent place, comfortable. Friendly welcome. The maintenance guy was very helpful when we had questions. The place is comfortable and pleasant!
Nice, clean, lovely terrace, and the complimentary breakfast was very welcome! Located a little outside the center in a quiet area.
Great hostel with very friendly and helpful staff. The whole hostel is very clean and tidy; you can tell how much love they put into making sure you have a pleasant stay. You feel right at home! Thanks to everyone who works there, I'll be back!
To begin with, as soon as we arrived, they told us we had to wait three hours, even though the Booking.com app had indicated we'd be accepted for early check-in. After three nights, our room flooded twice, soaking our backpacks. When we reported it, they asked if we wanted a mop instead of moving us to another room or offering to dry our things (the water came in through the floor, not the windows). Furthermore, the entire hostel is run by a group of Argentinians who seem to be unfriendly to anyone who isn't Argentinian. The staff themselves hog the kitchen, leaving no room for guests. (Once, they even snatched a baking tray from our hands to make their own dinner). Finally, the breakfast they offer depends heavily on what they have that day, and they leave it out in the open, regardless of whether it's exposed to the sun or eaten by insects.
