Sauna Lavapies

Although the venue is quite spacious, most areas were rather empty. There were around 10 to 15 visitors, and they were not really the type that appealed to me (I tend to prefer younger, more masculine profiles). The overall atmosphere felt somewhat cold; only the sauna level was warm, and I occasionally went up there to warm up. I spoke with a few people, and they also mentioned that they were not particularly satisfied. That said, I would rather not form a negative judgement. It may well be worth trying again at a different day or time, as my experience could simply have been down to when I visited—perhaps it is usually a much livelier venue, I cannot say for certain. Thank you.

A very nice, spacious sauna with a friendly welcome and plenty of room to relax. The number of visitors varies depending on the day and time you choose, but overall it's a very pleasant place with a reasonable price.

Everything was perfect.

After visiting the three most popular saunas in Madrid, I expected another disappointment in the form of shabby, smelly and disgusting spaces, but I was really pleasantly surprised. This sauna is clean, airy, nothing smells or sticks anywhere. The dry sauna was really warm. The steam sauna was also pleasantly warm. The jacuzzi was absolutely great. Although there was almost no one in the sauna at the time of my visit (Wednesday), I really enjoyed it there.

The staff have copies of the lockers and are stealing customers' belongings. It's a very serious situation that demonstrates a complete lack of security and professionalism. I do not recommend this place.

Rude and untrained staff, no Wi-Fi or internet, dark, dirty, and smelly reception area, and the doorman is rude. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy.
