Feel Hostels Soho Malaga

Mistakenly booked ticket for one day earlier and the people at reception helped to change it for me under no obligation. Very convenient location (for airport especially) and very good service.

There's 24-hour service and it's close to the train station. For the price, it's more than good. Although I think the photos of the dining room are outdated. The only thing that threw me off was that when I went to check out in the morning, neither of the receptionists spoke Spanish, even though I was in Spain. I also spent the whole afternoon calling and no one answered. The message I sent through Booking.com was answered five and a half hours later. On the other hand, at the evening check-in, I was helped by a very friendly and helpful Argentinian guy named Ignacio. He answered all my questions quickly. He also spoke other languages ​​fluently.

The receptionists were very friendly. The room was okay, but the bathrooms were quite shabby. One of the bathrooms smelled extremely bad, the others were just okay. The location is really good; everything is easily accessible.

I'm sorry to have to write such a bad review, but you walk into the reception area and it immediately reeks of smoke. Furthermore, there was no blanket on my bed, unlike the other beds. When I asked if they had another blanket, they simply said, "Sorry, we don't have any. If you're too cold, you'll have to turn on the heating."... A very, very bad experience, sorry, I expected much more.

This hostel is a disaster, I recommend NOT visiting.

It's a nice hostel in itself, but I was assured I could check out and get my deposit back 24/7. However, the reception was unmanned for at least 15 minutes early in the morning. I couldn't wait any longer as I had a flight to catch. Luckily, I only gave €10 as a deposit instead of my passport.

For me, the hostel was the best option for enjoying a week with the school. On the one hand, the hostel's location is perfect because it's close to the most important places in the city, such as the city center, the main train station, and the beach. On the other hand, you can relax after a long day in the comfortable beds in the rooms. However, I would have liked to see more food options at breakfast, such as cheese, ham, etc. Also, there wasn't enough space to hang my wet clothes to dry. Despite that, the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was always music playing in the lobby, so I enjoyed having dinner there sometimes. Above all, I can recommend this hostel to those who want to spend the whole day out and about and just use it for sleeping, while being in an area with plenty of opportunities to explore different places in Malaga!

Everything was pretty good for a hostel, the facilities were decent, although I got a bed with a rather worn mattress, a replacement wouldn't hurt...otherwise, the value for money is good for spending one night

Staff members are super rude, the toilet is dirty with insects in the shower, the rooms are dirty and the sheets are not cleaned, i found a ball of hair on my blanket

Much better than what the review says! The staff was really nice, and they even let us take a shower after the check-out.
