Golden Costa Salou - Adults Only

Would like to thank all of the staff for the warm welcome we received and the fond farewell during every interaction. From the moment we arrived at the hotel every staff member has been lovely. From Mika, Albert and Christine who met us at each dining experience. Especially the wonderful Eduardo who walked through the gluten free options with my wife in the dining room every evening, and with the help of the head chef and his team ensured the dining experience was fantastic. Andrea and Christian on the entertainments team are full of smiles and energy with a warm and enthusiastic welcome for all guests. Leo behind the bar is full of smiles and good cocktails, although his cocktail tricks need work (wink) All in all a wonderful visit and would highly recommend to others. Good Value for money (we were half board).

We stayed at the hotel for a week with half-board. What we particularly liked was the varied menu. The food was always fresh, and the service staff were mostly very friendly. Overall, the service here is good. What we didn't like: There were no proper blankets for the beds (even after asking), only thin sheets. We also wish we had known beforehand that a standard double room only had a 1.40-meter bed. We are both over 1.80 meters tall, and it was very cramped. We also have some reservations about cleanliness. The rooms are cleaned daily, and at first glance, everything seems clean. However, upon closer inspection, we noticed smudges on the cupboards and doors, and we even found a few hairs from the previous guest. Nevertheless, you can have a good time at the hotel, and the price-performance ratio is acceptable. However, we wouldn't return.

Perfect hotel for a quiet relaxing break. Staff efficient and must mention Mika from.restaurant who was friendly and always pleased to see us and also the two entertainment people - Christian and Andrea who were exceptional at their job and encouraged all to join in and they themselves were thoroughly entertaining. Only negative was Adrian on meat/fish counter in restaurant who was not helpful and quite sarcastic but this did not spoil our holiday

The hotel is ideal for couples or for enjoying a very peaceful stay. If you're going to play golf, you're just a 6-minute drive from two fantastic courses, Infinitum Lake and Hills. It's also one block from a beautiful beach. There's a pool on the ground floor and another on the 5th floor, as well as a gym.

This hotel was absolutely exceptional and easily one of the best places I have stayed. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, everything was of an incredibly high standard. The food deserves special praise. Every evening there was something different on offer, and the quality was genuinely five-star. From the appetisers and nibbles to the cheese boards and dessert selection, every part of the dining experience was outstanding. The freshly cooked dishes were equally impressive, with options such as steaks, roast dinners, and other high-quality meals prepared to an excellent standard. The service throughout the hotel was brilliant. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making the stay feel welcoming and relaxing. The facilities were also excellent. The rooftop pool was a real highlight, offering a fantastic place to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The location couldn't have been much better either, with the beach only a three-minute walk away and a convenient shop just around the corner. Overall, this hotel delivers exceptional food, outstanding service, excellent facilities, and a fantastic location. I genuinely couldn't fault it and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. 10/10 – I would happily stay here again.

Very good stay and impeccable service

Tonight will be our last night in this exceptional hotel. We will return with great pleasure. The staff is very welcoming, dedicated, and truly deserving. Everything is spotless. The meals and variety are top-notch, and everything is very fresh. A special mention for Andrea, who gives his all in organizing the activities and will be missed at Moncheri 😉 We 100% recommend this hotel. Thank you for the warm welcome and the staff's dedication.
