Nice hotel with fantastic staff. Cozy spa.

The service is quite ok both in the info and the restaurant...but the doors still slam loudly when people don't understand how to click them at late hours, the same in the mornings, no one slept in the morning when the cleaning ladies competed to see who slammed the loudest, I've pointed it out before, get door pumps for the doors, please.

Good hotel. Nice spa area. Friendly bar staff. However very few electrical chargers for cars.

Very boring hotel

Soft and comfortable bed. Quiet room. Good breakfast

Super fresh rooms with comfortable beds! Slept very well and the temperature was perfect. The spa was nice but there were way too many people there at the same time which brings down the rating. The breakfast was wonderful, a big plus that you could make your own waffles. The parking situation is not the best even though the hotel is a bit outside the city. The actual parking signs say one thing but the hotel staff and signs say another. It should be improved!

Nice, good stop along the highway

Very sad that a hotel of a large chain in Sweden is trying to make money by scamming its customers. Very diffuse signage in the parking lot where according to the law it is not actually required to pay if you are standing outside between 7am and 5pm weekdays. When this is pointed out to the reception, however, they firmly claim that you have to pay. We ended up paying because we couldn't bear to argue about 220 SEK. The fact that the reception staff lie to you leaves a very unpleasant aftertaste and significantly reduces the experience.

The room I got this time was not good the bed was extremely soft which made my back hurt quickly and my sleep was very bad. The staff at the hotel is good and so is the restaurant.
