Pink Cross

Pink Cross is the national umbrella organisation for gay, bisexual and queer men in Switzerland, with its office on Monbijoustrasse in Bern. Rather than a nightlife venue, it is an advocacy and support body: it lobbies for equal rights, monitors and documents anti-LGBTIQ hate crime, and campaigned prominently in the run-up to Switzerland's 2021 marriage-equality vote. For visitors and new residents it is a useful first point of contact for information on rights, reporting discrimination and connecting with the wider Swiss queer network. It shares its Bern address with sister organisations including the lesbian federation LOS.
