Very nice and organised rooms. My girlfriend and I stayed there for 3 months and we had a wonderful time here. The place is well located, with multiple nearby tram and bus stops in walking distance. You can reach the city centre in 10-15 minutes. There is also a big shopping centre right across the street, as well as multiple other nearby grocery stores. The host is super helpful and friendly. When we had a question or something occurred, he would respond immediately and solve the problem in no time. Overall great experience, which I would recommend for both long and short stay.

The place was excellent with all amenities but could have used air conditioning 8n such a hot weather. Rest was awesome but hope windlows could have opened up completely to let the air in. No complains in winters i gurss about this problem but during our visit it was hot outside due to ongoing heatwave and it had no airconditioning and windows couldnt be opened completely so was like a oven inside the room. Rest no complains at all

A lovely room with everything you need for a short overnight stay. Nicely and modernly furnished. It's great that everything works digitally, even the coffee in the morning! The location is fantastic if you're going to an event at Letzigrund Stadium. The only downside is the temporary installation of the air conditioning unit, which needs improvement. It's far too loud to turn on when you're in the room. When it's 30 degrees Celsius outside at night, the room gets much too warm. I would also appreciate a bit more flexibility with the very strict check-in time of 3:00 PM.

The location is perfect for attending a concert at Letzigrund Stadium; a short warning about the rather complicated check-in process would have been appreciated; room amenities are okay.

No parking, no bar service except on the apartment floor

I had a great experience in LivingTown, perfectly located near the Zurich Stadium ! I stayed in Loft with Terrace access in summer 2025 to enjoy football games! I really loved this stylish and comfortable place with the modern equipment and great amenities ! Can't wait to comeback !

We had problems with the digital lock-on/off function for all the doors and elevators in the building. The system only works when there's a mobile phone signal, and the Wi-Fi wasn't available in all parts of the building, so we felt a bit trapped at times. The loft was very nice. We only stayed one night and were out and about in Zurich a lot. That was fine. Unfortunately, the hairdryer was broken; it overheated immediately and stopped working.

Since Zurich isn't exactly one of the cheapest cities, we stumbled upon this option by chance. As someone who generally dislikes overly technological things, I'm finding it a bit difficult to give a review... Registration is done online. After payment, you gradually gain access via online check-in until you receive your online access keys on the day of arrival. For us, as people over 50, this felt a bit strange. The reception was staffed and friendly. The rest of the process was impersonal. Access to the building (after office hours), the elevator, and the room is all controlled via mobile phone. There are neither keys nor keycards. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and had high ceilings. A high-quality kitchen is integrated. One small suggestion for the host: For optimal use, it would be helpful to have at least one or two additional pots and pans! Cooking with just one is quite difficult. The noise level at night was sometimes high, as some idiots kept holding street races nearby late at night. On the plus side, there are bus and tram stops nearby, and you can easily reach the city center in about 15 minutes. There's also a modern shopping center within walking distance. All in all, it was a great stay. It would be nice if a keycard were offered as a second option. The accommodation is definitely recommended.

Brilliant stay, using the key app was easy and check in went smoothly. Room was beautiful, well thought out and modern. Close to supermarkets and the Alstetten train station in Zurich. Highly recommend for a luxurious stay :)

Exceptional.

There was no booking option with less than 7 days' notice. Customer appointments were cancelled 6 days before arrival, yet no goodwill gesture was offered – no discount, no rebooking – simply a case of trying to rip us off for services not rendered, while insisting on legal clauses. The hotel was, of course, within its rights, but this certainly wasn't customer-friendly.
