Tuvana Hotel

Air con is non existent here it’s oldie worldie vibes in decor which is nice and suits it setting. Had issues with external noise on first night but reception did what they could to move us and weee very good about it but I do feel I booked a deluxe room and as a result of moving ended up in a standard one. Breakfast spread is amazing but the room is just too warm to fully enjoy it and unfortunately it makes the food go warm too (it’s a continental Turkish breakfast so not ideal)

First of all, I would advise the hotel owner or management to put decent, humane people at the reception. Today, I helped two lovely elderly guests get to this hotel. Kaleiçi is already a difficult location for cars. I called the hotel to ask for help for these elderly guests, and the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude. No matter how much I asked for help, he turned me down. I managed to get the guests to the hotel with great difficulty. Finally, I told that rude person that I would write a negative review about them, hoping he might apologize, but no such thing happened; he had reached the pinnacle of rudeness. In short, the service, and above all, humanity, was a HUGE 0 (ZERO).

Great location, rooms very small and smells old. Front desk staff so dry no smile. Restaurant looks very nice. Staff seems very unhappy. Food choice was limited.

I was asleep when an envelope arrived, and may God reward Ms. Hadeel. I swear to God, I thank this girl from the bottom of my heart. May God reward her for her kindness. I thank God and then this girl.

We went in September. The bathroom is old and neglected. The floor gets wet when you shower. They even carved a hole in the bathroom door so it wouldn't hit the toilet when opened. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, but the furniture was old and neglected, so there was dust in the room. The breakfast area looked like an abandoned wedding hall. This hotel is nothing like the photos. When we told them about the problem we had in the bathroom on our way out, they said they were sorry. We are sorry too, for paying you money…

Don’t stay here unless you can sleep through loud music playing at the inhouse restaurants downstairs till past midnight.
