Bedruthan Hotel and Spa

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The staff really make the already wonderful experience so fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble. They were kind, friendly, helpful, accommodating, insightful. Just excellent. Thank you for an unforgettable experience! We came during half term so many of the adult activities were unavailable, but they still let me use the art room, and the morning yoga was awesome. Food was also great at both restaurants. I wish there were more vegetarian/vegan protein options (e.g. tofu, tempeh, lentils etc), but that's the same for anywhere.

An absolute masterclass in hospitality! My wife and I just spent two days at the Bedruthan Steps Hotel & Spa (a gift from our family), and the service was flawless from start to finish. In 30 years of travel, I've rarely seen a team this professional. Even during a hectic bank holiday Monday, reception seamlessly handled a room-change request for us without hesitation. The entire staff—across the bar, pool, and spa—were warm, smiling, and clearly proud of where they work. I should add our breakfast was great and choice of drinks was impressive.....next time we will have a room facing the coast & there will be a next time

Loud, you can hear everything, including the construction going on at night. Only part that I liked was the shower.

Absolutely love this place (been 3 times).the staff are perfect, sooo friendly and helpful. Food is amazing, especially breakfast. The pool and soft play are great for kids. It's very clean and cared for. 👌 My only criticism would be our room was not vacuumed properly. With 5 of us in the room, hair and crumbs were everywhere. We borrowed a vacuum in the end, the staff member did not offer to do it for us. I feel that the housekeeping staff are not as committed as everyone else, which is a shame 😕.

Bedruthan Steps hotel - arrived unexpectedly due to flight cancellation. Good reputation and a four star hotel, however it feels a little tired and the roof scaffolding and poor state of the driveway makes it feel somewhat underwhelming. Staff were excellent, it just doesn't feel as classy as it could. Great views but you can see how tired it looks...
