Plaza on the River

Twin Room is sufficient but on the small size for 2 sets of luggage. I wish there was room for 2 luggage racks but only ever seem to get 1. Our Consierge attendant Ahmad is extremely pleasant, helpful, patient with us inexperienced international travelers and also so very nice and polite. I am here with another couple ( sister and hubby) and I’m sure we tried some patience but the staff stayed the course. Always polite, kind and patient! 😊👏🏼

The Park Plaza London Riverbank hotel is perfectly located close to some of London's biggest tourist attractions, with the London Eye, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace and more being walking distance away. The rooms are spacious enough and beds comfortable enough. If you are spending some time in your room, try and make sure you get a room with a view. The media set up was something new to me personally, with the TV not connected to any channels or streaming service itself, but rather needing you to cast from your phone. The wifi is good. Staff are friendly and helpful. You can drop your bags if you are early or leave them if you're flying out after check out, which is great. Overall it was a great experience.

Very pleasant stay thanks to friendly staffs.

A positive surprise. Staying only one night this time but returning at the end of the month. Nice check-in (even if key was not activated at first try). Good size room - perfect sleep in high quality bed-linen that felt soft and cold throughout the night. Nice partial view of the Thames. Breakfast buffet of decent quality. Good coffee. Happy to return here at the end of the month. Update; 3rd stay now. As always - the staff are fantastic. Nice upgrade to a one bedroom suite. But it seems impossible to see the river from this Riverbank hotel. This time I had a railway view. But the window are well isolated. Last time I had a suite with a view of …. Other hotel rooms :-).

Rooms are not worth the price. More than 200 pounds per night and no daylight at all. The only question we had during our 1 week (!) here was about bathrobes because they were missing in our room and the guy said they would bring them but they never did. A bit disappointed. Sauna was broken. Weird smell in the bathroom. Mold. Etcetera. Would choose another hotel for this money.
