Mikolaj was fantastic, great service!

I stayed at the hotel in Apr 2026 for a couple of weeks. On the positive side: • Great to have a room with a kitchenette where I could prepare light meals • Very helpful staff • Great location in the centre of the city • Large well equipped gym The downside: • You can’t open the windows in the rooms not even a little bit • On the day of checking out, they took money from my account without my authorisation. When I questioned it, they made no apology. I would avoid giving them your credit card details.

Beautiful place. I loved our apartment, big comfy beds. The only thing that is weird is the shape of the hotel that made us walk for 3 minutes before getting out of hotel.

Location is great, but the heating wasn’t on, I visit often and it’s always a problem. When you raise it though they help you change rooms if they can’t get it to turn on but it’s such a hassle.

A lovely hotel in the heart of the centre with great amenities nearby. Arron has been an amazing help and shows great service and dedication every time I attend this hotel.

We recently stayed for two night la after paying by for our booking in full through Agado who we’ve had no trouble with previous to this. When we checked out we were unknowingly charged for our stay in full a second time and despite explaining that we had already paid in full with a confirmation number, we were told that the card on there system had insufficient funds. Which begs the question since only 1 card was used for the booking and city tax, what was the other card with no funds and why did they then charge in full a second time? The staff talked over us on the phone so we weren’t able to actually explain the situation so had to go back in to the hotel to talk to the staff. The room itself was okay. We had very little signal and a tv that didn’t work for the entirety of our stay. It seemed like the reception staff just didn’t want to deal with the people staying at their hotel especially if there was complaint. Safe to say I won’t be returning to any roomzzz hotels

Stayed here for 4 nights lovely staff and plenty of places to eat right in the centre of manchester.

The hotel is situated at the corn exchange mall, very good location and easy to find. I thought the room was going to be noisy because of the location but we didn’t hear any sound at all. We were catered for with care & respect. We booked the smart studio, it was cozy and spacious. We booked the hotel for our Easter trip to Manchester and we had no regrets. The Manchester cathedral is about three minutes walk from the hotel. The national football museum was two minutes away as well.

Absolutely awful customer service experience booking and staying here. Booked an apartment for a young adult (16) and his Nan (78). The 2nd ‘bed’ was a plastic leather look sofa which was too short and slippy to sleep on. It was not a bed. The 16yr old got 2hrs sleep. No correspondence from the hotel. I spoke to them 8 times to make sure there were 2 beds. It is also totally unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. They do not care about customers. They are rude, not truthful and unhelpful. We also got overcharged for the room and received no refund or correspondence. You would be better off at a Premier Inn or Holiday Inn. Also parking and getting taxis’ are a nightmare from there. Again hotel is utterly unhelpful. Do not book this hotel. Awful customer service.

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. First time in Manchester from London and we chose this hotel due to the location. It did not let us down, the room is super spacious and has everything you need from microwave, hob, full size mirror! The team was also super nice, Olivia was a delight! And we were able to extend our check out time which was perfect. Will definitely be back.

The red braided haired receptionist was very rude and spoke in a very condescending manner, which took me by surprise as it was in front of her manager and I was quite polite. Even the manager was visibly surprised by her tone. It’s clear she didn’t want to be there. Also booked a grande studio which was pointless as I couldn’t watch the tv from the sofa so that was a waste of an extra £15. The WiFi went down mid stay so just another inconvenience. It’s a shame I’ve stayed here a few times but this will definitely be my last for a while, hopefully next time that receptionist will have found a new non customer service related job.

I really enjoyed my time here. The apartment was spacious and beautiful with a nice view. The Corn Exchange building was lovely. And staff member in particular Elizabeth was so nice and friendly. I'd definitely stay here again.
