Always great food and friendly service

Really impressed with this hotel, my room was spacious and clean. The bed was really comfortable. The location is really good and there are easy bus links to get you out and about.

Had a family wedding here and everything was perfect. Everyone was looked after by wonderful staff. The rooms were very clean and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent .

Amazing experience, nicely decorated for us newly weds and a cosy atmosphere overall. However, one night we returned in the am hours to find the front door locked and spent up to ten minutes ringing the doorbell, knocking on the door (even windows), and there was also another couple with a baby waiting out with us. This was a little disappointing as we expected 24 hour desk service as described but we were eventually let in after two phone calls to the hotel which the security guard answered and let us in through the bar entrance.

Been here a few times and it’s great staying here every time and staff are very helpful n cooperative. The rooms are always clean and the last visit they upgraded us which was very nice of them will definitely go again x

Great clean hotel. Staff really friendly and good food at a reasonable price

Lovely afternoon tea. Plenty for two people. Service was great too. The still warm from the oven scones were amazing.
