Perfect place. Exceeded expectations...

Nothing like the internet photos, the service was terrible, there was no hot water, I'm a senior citizen and the concierge looked at me with inappropriate intentions

Excellent service for the price. And the night receptionist was outstanding!

I was looking for something close to the center and easy to find, and the hotel met that requirement perfectly. The service was quick and very kind. The hotel is very simple, with old architecture, so don't expect much luxury, but it's clean, which is what matters to me.

Good service

No parking on site. The advantage is that it's centrally located and you can easily walk around.

I stayed at this hotel on a Saturday night and, unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The only positive things were the bed, which was comfortable, and the first receptionist, Andrés, who was very kind and attentive. After that, everything was negative. The room had mosquitoes and a large opening above the door, which probably makes it easy for them to get in. Furthermore, the soundproofing is practically nonexistent: from 9:00 PM until about 4:30 AM there was loud music, people shouting and singing, making it impossible to rest. My impression was that the hotel rents out the space for parties, without any regard for guests' rest. The next day, breakfast was very disappointing. The cold cuts, especially the ham, had a strange (slimy) texture and an unpleasant smell. Replenishing the food was also a problem: when we asked for more, the employee was clearly uncooperative, going to the kitchen reluctantly. Another negative point is the lack of electrical outlets near the bed, making it difficult to do something as basic as charge your phone overnight. The room overlooked a concrete wall, which isn't a deal-breaker, but it reinforces the overall feeling of neglect. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Everything was terrible. Very dirty. No hot water for a shower, unfortunately we had no option but to go somewhere else. The bathroom was awful.

The breakfast could be improved. The place is very nice.

The person who made the reservation for us and the one who greeted us upon arrival was super friendly and attentive, very willing to provide any information about where to go for dinner and so on, but the room they assigned us was very basic, it wasn't what I expected, the appearance and comfort of it left much to be desired.

In the advertised photos, the rooms look much better than they actually are. The rooms looked old... some stains on the walls and floor, and peeling paint. I don't know if it's common, but on the day we were there, there was quite a bit of mess/noise from other people in the hallways, even after quiet hours. Otherwise, it met our needs for an overnight stay. The staff were very helpful. It's located right in the city center... quite busy with lots of shops and services (it depends on each person's needs).
