The place is very peaceful, comfortable, and quiet, ideal for relaxing. The rooms are spacious, clean, airy, and bright. It offers a jacuzzi, a pool table, and dinner service with prior reservation. The staff is excellent, and there is a minibar. While the hotel's location isn't the best for pedestrians, the view is beautiful.

The area is quiet and a bit far from the center. There are no shops nearby to buy food or get coffee, so it's good for those with their own transportation or who enjoy walking. The layout of the common areas and the placement of the bathroom fixtures are odd; I don't think the architect who designed these spaces deserves a good recommendation. They have an espresso machine but don't sell coffee, so I had to cross the street to go to the hotel across the way, who were kind enough to make me a coffee, understanding the situation. The TV is connected via streaming, and it would be nice to have a table and two chairs in the room. The breakfast selection isn't great, but the staff is friendly. If you ask, they have scrambled eggs for breakfast, which I only found out about on the last day, and it's not mentioned anywhere. I made a dinner reservation in advance, but they hadn't accepted it, so I had to go downtown to find something to eat. They should review the quality and reliability of their staff's service. If I had to recommend it, it's only a bed and breakfast, and the Wi-Fi works very well, as does the heating.

Great staff, hotel is about 25-30 minute walk from town center. Up a steep hill. I was aware of that and wanted a quieter location.

My sister and I stayed here and the reception staff were always incredibly helpful and attentive. Carolina, a very pleasant young woman with bangs, was especially lovely. I highly recommend it; the place is cozy and the service is always excellent and friendly. Thank you!

It's a 2-star hotel, it has some things that need fixing. The quadruple room I had didn't have a TV and the showerhead was broken (they never fixed it even though we asked them to). The staff were very helpful, the location is very nice, 1 km from the center...
