I don't think I've ever had a massage like this; they're so personalized that no two are ever the same. To recommend them is an understatement; they're the best.

Excellent service, very professional. We used the BETANIA Spa service, and every step was a wonderful experience. The facial was very gentle and I felt a noticeable improvement in my skin, the massage was spectacular—the masseuse's hands left me very relaxed—the sauna was perfect, and to finish, the chocolate bath was a truly amazing experience. 100% recommended 🫰

The massages were very amateurish. Or perhaps the expert therapist wasn't there. The sauna and jacuzzi were lovely. But the service and facilities in general are a bit basic. However, the couples' package was worth it considering the cost of the sauna and jacuzzi. The massages didn't seem professional and were very short.

If you're used to a proper spa with large facilities, let me tell you, this place isn't for you. They offer multiple packages as if it were a big spa resort, when in reality it's just a small room with two massage tables, a tiny sauna, and a jacuzzi that barely fits one person, even though the packages are advertised for two. The only thing that stands out are the massages and their alternative therapies, but everything else is a fiasco. Honestly, the price isn't worth it for the elaborate packages they offer. It's a first-and-last-visit experience that you'd probably be better off just paying for a massage or alternative therapies and coming alone. Simply a disappointment.
