It was a 9/10 experience. When my partner and I arrived, the receptionist wasn't very helpful; she seemed to be in a bad mood. However, we had a really great time. The room was a triple, but it didn't bother us since there were plenty of beds for just the two of us. The waiters were excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. Although the restaurant menu was a bit limited, everything was tasty. The rooms lack a TV; sometimes it's nice to go to your room to lie down, watch a movie, and relax.

Today, my partner and I were hoping to spend a few days together, but we were forced to cancel our stay due to numerous inconsistencies in the service compared to the place's reputation and expectations. The rooms don't have refrigerators, and if you want to enjoy the Turkish bath, jacuzzi, and sauna, the price increases. And it was during the holidays, and they didn't have any events scheduled for today, for example. It seems like guests are seen only as money, not as people to be served. We didn't feel any empathy when receiving information. I requested photos of the room and the food, and they never sent them. One expects a lot from a place like this, especially since it's supposedly an LGBT tourism landmark in Cundinamarca. There's a lack of romantic packages for couples, and the service needs to be more attentive, empathetic, and consistent with the overall quality of the place. Blessings, and please improve!

INCREDIBLE, definitely a recommended place. The service is the best; the respect, friendliness, and warmth of each member of the staff is unparalleled. The cleanliness, the facilities, the delicious food, and the unique themes are all excellent. The only thing to improve is the music, which is a bit dated and classic. The rooms are large and bright, and the bathrooms are well-maintained. The pool area is usually a lot of fun, and the other social spaces are designed with the target market in mind. Overall, I think the price-quality ratio is excellent.
