I was contacted before check-in to let me know my room was ready, which I appreciated. The service provided by Yadira (especially), Diego, Freddy, and Osvaldo was very attentive. The hotel, overall, was lovely. I particularly liked the green space. They offer airport transfers. The breakfast was very good. Regarding areas for improvement: 1. The wooden floors are quite noisy. 2. In my opinion, the breakfast service hours are not convenient for a tourist's schedule. I paid for six nights but only had two breakfasts, as they start at 8:00 am, and I had tours booked that required me to leave early.

I stayed at the Hotel Boutique Villa de Sant for 4 nights after I traveled in South America for 2 months. I couldn’t be happier to call this a home away from home and rested properly! It’s a rustic hotel with a lot of character. The room was clean and comfortable with everything I needed: WiFi was fast and the breakfast was homey. The staff here were amazing. The hospitality of the manager, the front desk host, and other staff was excellent. The location is convenient, near a metro station, with the old town just two stops away. I would love to stay here again if I visit Quito again!

The best place to stay and enjoy a country hotel that is a spectacle in itself, and Diego is a host with whom you can enjoy a pleasant and fun conversation as well as his delicious food.

A place for classy people, it is located in the heart of the Ecuadorian capital, here you will be able to enjoy many of the attractions of this city.

We spent four nights at this boutique hotel. Diego, Fredy, and the rest of the staff, with their kindness and helpfulness, make your stay in Quito safe, easy, and comfortable. The colonial-style hotel is well located for exploring the city.

Excellent place, but some of the showers weren't working and the area was dangerous, but overall it's a great place.

The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is plentiful, and the rooms have everything you need. They also offer airport pickup to ensure a safe and comfortable arrival at their hotel. I highly recommend it.

It's a lovely place to stay in Quito. I enjoyed the comfort of its rooms and beautiful gardens. I also loved the personalized and friendly service of the entire staff. It's super close to the historic center and the modern part of the city.
