Loved this hotel. Great central location and lovely building but the best thing was the staff. Miriam on reception went above and beyond to give us the room which best suited our needs. We had lots of natural light and we could open the window but blackout blinds were available too. The breakfast was varied and included healthy options like oats.

A marvel

Terrible service, slow response time, takes 1 or 2 days to reply. It's awful in Arequipa, I absolutely do not recommend it.

Excellent service and a magnificent location

We stayed at Casa Andina Premium for two nights and were lucky enough to receive an upgrade to a junior suite, room number 301! The reception was very friendly and check-in was quick. The room was very spacious in the new extension. The only thing that bothered us was that none of the windows could be opened… Otherwise, the bed was very comfortable and huge. The breakfast was very, very good by Peruvian standards, with a large and fresh selection! The service was unobtrusive, attentive, and friendly! The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Arequipa's old town on foot. The price-performance ratio is definitely right! We will definitely come back on our next trip to Arequipa!!!

My large group of family and friends stayed at the Casa Andina Premium Arequipa for a wedding in town. I cannot tell you how incredible this place was - the drinks were incredible, the food in the restaurant was delicious, and the service the service the service. The best service I’ve ever experienced in the world. Ricardo at the bar, and JUAN!!! Juan made our stay so special, making us tea, calling restaurants that said they didn’t have space for us, giving us recommendations for any kind of meal or errand. He clearly is a big part of the culture of the hotel, and felt like family by the end. Thank you! We will be back!!
