Elegancia Suites Habana

I cannot say enough about how special the Elegancia was for our trip. Rene was an incredible asset for planning our days and transportation around this incredible city. The rooms and hotel are well appointed and cared for and the service is 5 star. The staff and ownership are engaging and wonderful to be around. The neighborhood is out of old town so it is safe, quite and authentic to the Cuban lifestyle. Great restaurants in all directions by foot and close to the sea. Highly recommend this special place!

I stayed for 8 days with a friend and the stay was very good. The service from the staff was excellent; they were very kind and attentive to everything. If you need anything or have any questions, they answer them without any problem. 😊

We only stayed one night, but we were completely satisfied and could easily have spent a week there. The accommodation and rooms are very clean and furnished with attention to detail. The staff and owner were also very accommodating and polite, making our stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast was also excellent. All in all, we highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Havana. Thank you so much!

The best hotel with the best staff in all of Cuba. Rene, the manager, is a genius in this field. And the staff, Asael, Sergio Daile, Rosy, and Alejandro, are very respectful, courteous, and hospitable. The breakfast is excellent. The location near the Malecon is perfect. The ambiance and the rooftop terrace are fantastic. Everything at this property is perfect, and you're welcomed like a member of the family! Rene can organize everything from A to Z. Perfect and highly professional...cleaning

This is the right place to relax, stay cool, quiet and comfortable in Havana! I had such a nice time at this hotel as it is very clean, cozy, and nice. Rooms are beautiful, spacious , cool with air conditioning, which helps a lot with Havana's summer 🌞 temperatures. I liked that it's centrally located in the Vedado sector of Havana and I could walk to various restaurants and places nearby. Their breakfast was good with fresh fruits and authentic Cuban coffe. Another cool thing about this hotel is "Malecón" being just 10 minutes walking distance. The hotel manager helped us with all of our questions, recommendations and helped with arranging tours and activities. I want to thank the hotel staff who were very kind and attentive. Specially I want to thank René, Alejandro, Rosy, and Dailé for their attention and hospitality. I was treated like family there.

A lovely, quiet hostel where you feel right at home 😃 The staff are very welcoming, always smiling, and offer great advice. The breakfasts are hearty and delicious.
