This is the second time we've eaten there; the view is spectacular and the food is delicious. However, the service today left much to be desired. No one would take our order, and then it took an hour for the food to arrive. Finally, the octopus on the menu is offered with mushrooms, which were conspicuously absent. Please pay attention to these details.

Terrible service from the hotel staff. They are completely unprepared for an event like the World Cup. We asked how to get to the stadium and they told us the only option was Uber, but when we asked other people outside the hotel, they gave us many faster and cheaper alternatives. We requested a taxi through reception with credit card payment, but it arrived accepting cash only and offered no other options. Disappointing for the price and the type of chain it is. I would never recommend it!

I only went to the restaurant, which was truly awful. It was the first one I went to in Guadalajara, so it was a terrible experience. The service was incredibly slow, the price was high, and they kept giving me unrealistic wait times! I canceled my order and left. Don't go.
