The place is fine for what it is. They take pride in the cleanliness and the service. So far, I've never experienced theft or mistreatment. The place is also defined by the people who go there, and as is often the case, not everyone is there with the intention of having a good time (not a complaint, since that's not within the administrators' control). I like the dark spaces, the steam, the downstairs and upstairs areas, where everything happens; everyone knows what they're there for and how to do it. Interestingly, sex happens in the dark rooms, but outside of those spaces, almost everyone covers themselves with a sarong, even somewhat embarrassed. But in the dark rooms, all you hear are their voices and the sounds of enjoyment.
