A quiet place to relax, but the buffet service is slow to bring the drinks and sometimes the buffet is repetitive. Other than that, everything is very good.

Terrible service at this property - I definitely don't recommend it and I never want to deal with them again… I booked 3 nights through their official website - and after two weeks I still haven't received an invoice for my stay… The staff is rude and indifferent; it seems like they have instructions not to issue invoices… Their excuse is that since the reservation was made online, it's no longer their responsibility to issue an invoice - however, the reservation was made on the hotel's official platform. Even the reception staff are unhelpful; on the phone, they hang up on you or leave you waiting… They don't respond to emails… What's wrong with them? In Mexico, it's illegal not to issue an invoice easily and quickly… We've had to resort to speaking directly with the hotel manager - I hope he can help us find a solution…

Apparently, this place is very unpopular with many people, beware!! We ordered cakes, the food was bad, expensive, and junk food, the beach was dirty, and you end up going to the beaches of the neighboring hotels which are much cleaner, have better service, and better people

The service is good, the food is repetitive, they don't serve any seafood, there's only one restaurant for the entire hotel and it's the one with snacks and nothing you can take to the pools, everything must be consumed inside the restaurant. The room had a door that opened into another room and you could hear everything. I saw a girl vomit in the children's pool and the vomit lasted until the next day. There's absolutely no entertainment, not even at the pool.

The room was spacious, but it wasn't a standard room, it was a suite. However, it was in dire need of maintenance. One of the five days I was there, they didn't clean the room at all, and the other days they only did a half-hearted job. Most of the waiters were unfriendly; they only changed their attitude after you tipped them, except for Belén and the waiters at the Italian specialty restaurant. The food was always the same; the famous quesadillas were a nightmare to order. The person making them literally said one quesadilla per person, and as a mother, you have to bring your children along so he'll give them to you. The entertainment team was terrible, the worst I've ever encountered! They are incredibly rude to the children, especially America and Africa. They make children compete against adults and change the rules whenever they feel like it, and they even snap their fingers at the children. Luckily, it wasn't my children because I wouldn't have allowed it, but they even make them cry. The only professionals with their animation work are Michel and Esmeralda. They have like three bars, but they only open one at a time. Honestly, the only redeeming feature of the hotel is the water temperature in the pool and the beach, but I wouldn't visit again even if they gave me a free stay.

Everything was very nice and the food was delicious, the place was always very clean, my children loved it.

The facilities are old, and there are problems with the bathroom. Very clean, delicious homemade food, but not very accessible for people in wheelchairs.
