Sobre este lugar StolenTime Saint Lucia

StolenTime Saint Lucia is a beach hotel on Malabar Beach, just north of Castries and next to the George F. L. Charles regional airport. It is a mainstream property listed here as gay-friendly, not a gay resort. It has a 4.6 Google rating from about 480 reviews. Check the booking terms before you reserve, especially whether it runs as an adults-only or couples resort. Saint Lucia has no visible gay scene, so public discretion is still the norm outside the resorts.

I honestly can’t understand how anyone could give this place less than five stars. From the moment i arrived, the customer service was excellent, the food was excellent and the activities were excellent I struggled to find a single fault. Special mention has to go to the concierge & the food and beverage manager and the entire team behind the scenes. The activities team Karen, Miquel, Teddy, and Darrhin kept us entertained every day and the water sports team Hermannus, Malik and Dean went above and beyond. The bar staff, Anita and Sharma, deserve a shoutout too along with so many others whose names I didn’t catch. The whole team served with so much heart and that’s exactly why I’d recommend StolenTime St Lucia and will absolutely be returning.

We just returned from an unforgettable 7-night stay at StolenTime by Rendezvous in Saint Lucia, and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation. StolenTime is an intimate, adults-only, all-inclusive boutique resort with just 100 rooms and suites, three restaurants, and three bars. Its smaller size is exactly what makes it so j&special. Instead of feeling like just another guest at a large resort, you feel genuinely welcomed, remembered, and cared for. (Travel Agent Central) We stayed in a King Beachfront Suite, waking up each morning to breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and serviced with exceptional attention to detail every single day. Our experience began the moment we arrived. Shawn greeted us with warm smiles, refreshing cold towels, and welcome drinks before inviting us to relax comfortably on the patio while our luggage was delivered to our room and the check-in process was completed. It was seamless, effortless, and immediately set the tone for the week ahead. The service throughout our stay was simply outstanding. This is where StolenTime truly shines. Every member of the team made us feel like family rather than guests. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness created the kind of personalized experience that only a luxury boutique resort can provide. A heartfelt thank you to Shawn, Chrystle, Faith, Casey, Jaycee, Poppy, Leis, Tyneisha, Lavena, Mimi, Karen, and especially Denzel and Darryin, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. If I forgot to mention anyone by name, please know it is only because every single person we encountered delivered exceptional service. The food was consistently excellent, the grounds were immaculate, the beach was peaceful, and the atmosphere struck the perfect balance between relaxation and luxury. Whether we were enjoying dinner, sipping cocktails by the water, or simply taking in the view from our suite, every moment felt intentional and unhurried. If you’re looking for a resort with endless crowds, long lines, and a busy party atmosphere, this isn’t it. But if you’re looking for personalized service, genuine hospitality, exceptional food, and a peaceful place to reconnect and recharge, StolenTime is difficult to surpass. We left feeling refreshed, appreciated, and already planning our next visit. We’ll absolutely be back in July 2027.

We had the most amazing time at Stolen Time for our honeymoon. The staff was all so kind, caring, and personable. They would remember our names, orders, and ask how our days / planned excursions went. The food was incredible and I haven’t stopped thinking about months later. There were three restaurants on site but our favorite was definitely the terrace. There were so many options for the buffet and everything was delicious. We even spent a day at the sister resort, Body Holiday, and although we enjoyed their beach more, Stolen Time won on everything else. The only note I would make to anyone considering coming is that the beach is not private. The resort is private and adults only, but the beach had locals, children, dogs, and horses on it. To us, not a big deal, we would still go back in a heartbeat.

Just spent a week at this resort with my wife. The rooms (Garden View) were better than expected from some of the reviews saying otherwise. There are no televisions!! The food was 4 out of 5 stars. Didn’t have a favorite restaurant, they all seemed to be equal in taste and variety. A rarity is that ALL water sports are included, sailing, tubing, water skiing… archery, pickle ball, yoga, stretching as well. Only bad experience I had was in the gift shop at the resort. The young lady was visibly upset as if my wife and I were bothering her because we decided to shop and actually spend money 🤯. She made sure to tell me that “they” were not part of the resort, whatever that meant. Beautiful beach front, almost empty the entirety of our trip. I would return if I decide to visit again. Stray cats and dogs… cats actually come up to your dinner table and beg for food… poop near your table etc.

If being positioned right next to an active runway and a cemetery, with horses running up and down the beach is your thing, StolenTime might work for you. For us, celebrating our honeymoon, it fell completely short of expectations. To give credit where it is due: the food was very good, and the bedroom itself was quiet and comfortable. However, we were expecting something special. What we found felt much more like a standard, mass-market package holiday destination. For a different type of trip, it might have been perfectly adequate, but it looks nothing like the romantic retreat promised in the promotional photos. We stayed in a Garden View King, which sits in a row of dozens of cookie-cutter rooms. The room and maintenance issues were immediately apparent: - The shower: Very poor water pressure, which we were told is simply "normal for the resort." - The basin & fixtures: The shaver socket did not work, and the basin wouldn't hold water. It took two attempts for maintenance to fix the shaver socket, and while we were assured the basin was sorted, it still emptied itself within five minutes. - Structural defects: Throughout the night, there was a bizarre, loud rushing sound that at first sounded exactly like an aircraft engine throttling up on the runway but never taking off. Shortly before leaving, I discovered the cause: a gap of a few millimetres between the window frame and the wall. The air conditioning was drawing outside air through this gap, creating a constant, disruptive whistle. The all-inclusive package is decent for food, but do not expect a quality wine selection. Everything offered was at the very basic, entry-level end of Chilean wine. If you want anything else off the à la carte list, expect to pay upwards of $40+ a bottle. The evening entertainment also felt incredibly dated—one night featured a "Dancing with the Stars" style event that blasted music so loudly across the main area that we couldn't hear ourselves speak and were forced to retreat to our room. The most disappointing element, however, was the service culture from management. Because of the unresolved room issues and the overall vibe, we decided to cut our stay short to return to our previous resort. Before leaving, the management team requested a meeting with us. We clearly outlined our disappointments, and their immediate response was effectively, "We delivered what you booked, so there won’t be a refund." We found this an unnecessarily defensive and combative stance—particularly since we hadn't even asked for a refund; we simply wanted to exit. To claim they "delivered" is highly debatable given the unaddressed maintenance and structural flaws in the room, but more importantly, the resort is simply not the premium retreat it is marketed to be. I do not want this review to sound like a mindless whinge; many guests there seemed perfectly happy. But as a couple in our 50s looking for a premium, romantic honeymoon experience, StolenTime missed the target entirely. We cut our losses and returned to Anse Chastanet, where we were greeted like long-lost friends and were actually able to enjoy our trip. We will certainly not be returning.
