Courtyard by Marriott Athens Downtown

Beautiful hotel. Clean, quite, modern, with all the amenities.

On the way to the Masters, I had the pleasure of visiting the bar at the Courtyard by Marriott Athens Downtown two nights in a row, and bartender Angela Leonard truly made both experiences exceptional. She is a very good bartender—quick, attentive, and consistently making great drinks. Beyond the quality of service, Angela really stands out for her personality. She’s fun to talk to, welcoming, and creates a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere at the bar. Whether it was a busy night or a quieter moment, she handled everything with professionalism and a great attitude. After two nights in a row being served by her, it’s clear she is a real asset to the Courtyard by Marriott Athens Downtown. Employees like Angela are what turn a good hotel stay into a memorable one.

Great location for conferences at the Classic Center and food. The rooms were okay. There was one person, but I forgot her name, she was EVERYWHERE...in the best way....ready to jump in whenever help was needed from tbe from desk, to the Cafe, to tbe bar.

One of the nicest Courtyards I've stayed at. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive. The rooms were comfortable, the wifi worked great. The food was tasty, and nice location to campus. I'll be staying there next week again!

The staff here is super accommodating. I couldn’t have asked for a better crew during my stay. They work very hard to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Every room has a Keurig, microwave and mini fridge (rarities nowadays). The hotel is super clean and perfectly located for an Athens visit. The bar was nice and drinks were reasonable. They do have complimentary coffee in the lobby each morning, which was nice. My only gripe is paying for parking daily (becoming all too common in hotels) and the over priced hotel restaurant.
