I used to love going to Barbarella and Swan Dive. For such a lovely space and fun atmosphere, the guys checking id are THE WORST. For starters, they look like they would fit in more at Mohawk. They can’t even pretend to like their job or crack a smile or say hello. They just look angry and miserable, not really what you want for your first customer interaction. I worked as a door guy on 6th street for a long time (up until last year) and I ALWAYS tried to make people feel welcomed. I never understood rude or angry door guys, I don’t get the tough guy act. Literally the worst part of coming here is dealing with them.

I had an amazing experience, my fiancé and I came for the Devil's night rave and we had such a great time. Drinks can be a little pricey depending on what you get but I'll definitely be back!
