Comfort Inn & Suites South Burlington near University

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The air conditioning in our room was not working enough, making it extremely uncomfortable. Instead of fixing the issue or offering us another room, the staff simply told that they have broken AC in entire building and provided 4 fan, which was not an adequate solution. We were not able to sleep at night with that Fan. To make matters worse, we found cockroaches in the room, which raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance of the property. The customer service was also poor. The staff did not seem interested in resolving our concerns or ensuring we had a comfortable stay. Overall, this experience did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness, comfort, or hospitality. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

The lady that says she is General manager there needs to stop flirting with people's husband like she does with the breakfast cook and also with other guys she is very rude and the rooms we had were disgusting the only good thing abt it was the breakfast I have been there when a lady is there and she will have gloves on and clean a counter or something and then go get more food and not change her gloves but any way she needs to stop flirting with other guys made my husband very uncomfortable she sits at her desk playing on her phone you can see her through the glass when your at front desk

"4-star hotel" is a joke. Neither the shower nor the sink drained properly. The room had a loud mechanical noise throughout the night (maybe water pump or HVAC for the hallway). There are no shades on the windows so good luck sleeping past sunrise. The staff was helpful. The location is fine. Breakfast was decent. The common areas are not particularly clean or well-furnished, e.g. dining area chairs feel like they're going to give out at any moment.

NO GYM, NO HOT TUB! The owners need to update the Google listing! PHOTOS and INFO ARE INACCURATE.

Room was clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Parking was easy. Location was perfect.

I stay at this Comfort Inn twice a month on business. Its location is central to everything in the greater Burlington area. There are many restaurants, shops, and amenities within walking distance. The staff is outstanding. And the reception crew is more like what you would find in a hotel three or four times the price. Clean, handy, welcoming, and quiet, this Comfort Inn hits all the high spots. For those, like me, who are price conscious, I cannot recommend it more highly.

Clean and comfortable. Furnishings a bit worn in some cases - but everything worked. Great staff.
