Kasa FreeMoreWest Charlotte

Had to leave my stay early due to staff coming in the room unannounced taking pictures of the unit while I was in there. Came out the shower shocked. I can’t believe they would allow staff to come in a room unannounced and unauthorized. This is probably why they don’t have any extra locks for easy access. Never informed me staff was coming. I had to leave all of my groceries there because I don’t know what this person was doing in there since she was taking pictures of inside the cabinets when I walked out.

Lots of space for what you pay, and a full kitchen. It's an apartment complex setting vs a hotel atmosphere, if one cares about that. It was super close to the highway and downtown. Very convenient. Safe neighborhood. Downtown hotels were much more expensive than this option.

Great service from Kasa in general especially when i had questions. Some neighbours were a little noisy but that did not really spoil the experience too much.

This place was very clean and upscale. I really did enjoy my stay here with my son. The people that work outside were very helpful of directing me where to go. Definitely will be coming back here during the summer!

My stay was for 5 days at Kasa and I had no complaints. The room looked great, it was clean and the location was close to everything. Communicating with the company was easy, they were very responsive. I would definitely recommend Kasa and I would definitely only choose to stay here whenever I’m in the Charlotte area.

I had a great stay at Kasa FreeMoreWest in Charlotte! The unit was super clean, modern, and looked exactly like the pictures. Check-in was smooth and easy with the codes they sent, and I loved that everything was contactless. The area felt safe and it was close to food spots and stores, which made everything convenient. The space was perfect for our trip — comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and plenty of room to relax. Overall, it was a stress-free experience and I would definitely stay here again!

The KasaFreeMoreWest Charlotte was better than expected. The unit was clean and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, quiet and close to restaurants and more. Maybe not Charlotte but we will definitely be using Kasa to book again!

One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Planned a trip to a hornets game and a stay at Kasa for the night but even after check-in information has been issued, the stay has been cancelled (same day of stay, around 5pm). They didn't offer any alternative and only communcicated per mail, which went to Spam, so I was at the place shortly before midnight and wondering why I can' access the apartment, because I even had all the codes. This provider is not reliable at all, incidents like this can happen but it deserves a call and some effort to find a solution, not just cancelation.

I had a great stay at the Kasa freemore west. The rooms were updated and nice with plenty of space. There wasn't a gate code as stated to get into the lot, but I could tell they were doing some construction there. I also didnt like using biometrics to rent a room. But now that they already have info, I would stay again.

Absolutely terrible experience. It’s very unfortunate that this place is so motley managed. It’s laughable how its residence that stay here have to guide people in and are fully aware of how bad the communication is.

It’s ridiculous how many code there are to remember to access the building and room. The room was so dirty, the bedding stained, carpet and walls were disgusting. The unit is cute but not well maintained. The property smells and give college apartment vibes. There’s constant noice and the halls smell like piss on entry. Don’t understand the point of not allowing smoking on BALCONIES! Thats what outside is for. I informed the “virtual front desk” about the stained unit and they offered me 10% off my next (nonexistent) visit. I will not be staying here again and will definitely be going to staying at real hotels again lol
