Hampton Inn Boston Logan Airport Chelsea

We have stayed here three times but this was our first stay on the fifth floor. Our room was fine but the bed was kind of hard (old?) and the sheets kept pulling off the bottom (mismatched for bed size). Breakfast as usual very good.

Rooms a little dingy and our's looked out over the haulage yard so after a long flight, I didn't really want to listen to beeps from vehicles reversing until the early hours. In the light of day, the place seemed better. Breakfast was plentiful and varied buffet style. Airport shuttle bus does not run at night unless you call the hotel. However, the drive taking us back was very helpful.

They charge $30 a day for parking, plus they charged $300 smoking fee. Even tho none of us smoke, book somewhere else so you dont get ripped off

Stayed here with my fiancée on 3/14 and was charged an outrageous $335 smoking fee on 3/16 saying that we smoked in the room at 2:48am on 3/15. We are non smokers and were asleep at that time. Everyone I’ve talked to on the phone about it from the hotel has been rude and refuse to believe that the sensor could be faulty. Hotel itself is nice, but charging smoking fees for non smokers is unacceptable.

Had the best experience I could've had at this hotel. Near a lot of different eats and far enough outside of downtown boston that it's easy to get around by car. Kevin was an absolute angel brought to us on the night we checked in. After complications with our Airbnb he helped us make sure we were able to stay and have a great time while in Boston. All of the staff were super friendly, but Kevin was the standout for us. So thank you for making our trip great!

We booked this room because it has the park, sleep and fly option. It was an updated room and our car was kept safely during our vacation. It was about a 10-15 minute ride to the airport. They were friendly, informative and the shuttle was ready for our 4am leave time. It is a great option for anyone catching an early morning flight and wanting a place to keep your car! Highly recommend!

Efficient clean and - as in most Hampton Inns - surprisingly great experience for the price. Had a great gum morning too
