Great spot if you want to stay downtown. The building is a bit of a maze but the rooms can’t be beat

I travel frequently to Cleveland for work, and staying at Roost is by far the best option for accessing everything downtown Cleveland has to offer. The location is unbeatable and makes getting around incredibly easy. Asia, the concierge, is absolutely the best. Every time I see her, she goes above and beyond to make guests feel genuinely welcome. She’s extremely knowledgeable about the area and always has great recommendations. Her hospitality truly elevates the entire experience. Highly recommend staying here!

We did a hotel search the day of and this was wide open for a perfect price! I am sure it will go for the same price I paid 3 nights, for 1 night.

We highly enjoyed our overnight stay. We will definitely stay here again if we come to another event in Cleveland. The room was very spacious and had everything we would need for an extended stay. Go Cavs! What a great win last night.

Nice spacious rooms at a good price

We come to Cleveland once a year and always stay at Roost Cleveland. Check in is simple, the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean! It has a modern upgrade and space to entertain if you have guests joining you! The kitchen comes equipped with dishes, utensils and glasses for a longer stay. The building is safe, and the women at the front desk greet you upon entry and wish you well when you’re on your way! It’s located in the heart of downtown which allows for easy access to a plethora of restaurants. It’s always our go-to when we are here!!!

I was in town on Saturday and stopped by Roost to see if I can tour a room for an upcoming stay in Cleveland without an appointment. I wasn't able to which is understandable since I didn't have an appointment. This was not a wasted effort. The front desk concierge Tajay provided customer service, hospitality, and "sells" skills that I am excited to stay at Roost without viewing an apartment beforehand. You can tell by her excitement explaining all of the amenities and room accommodations that she loves her job and represents the brand with pride!

We enjoyed our stay at Roost. Inside the apartments were clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and a nice view of the city. Unfortunately during our stay there was a power outage in the building. The hallways and parking garage was dark and the elevators didn’t work so we needed to use the stairs. However, inside the apartments everything worked fine and the staff was helpful and accommodating. The manager was kind enough to refund 100% of our stay and parking due to the inconveniences. We were very happy and would definitely stay here again!

An exceptional place! The apartment was perfect, everything was well thought out, and the location is ideal for exploring downtown. The staff was incredibly attentive. I would definitely return.

Stayed at The Roost for 5 days and could not be happier. Just know going in they don't come everyday to clean room. Parking would be my only complaint as you have to pay a parking company on their app to get your parking pass. Other than that we had a great time there. It's very close to resteraunts and bars if that's your pleasure. Jack's casino down the street and Progressive field and Rocket arena within 5 minute walk. Desk personnel very nice greeting us all the time. Room was very large and clean with everything you need from dishes to pans if you want to eat in. Have read about problems with noise but we had none. Will return!!

5 stars isn’t enough. The hotel and amenities speak for themselves (in case they didn’t, incredible suites/room inclusions, 24hr hangout spots throughout the hotel, the rooftop and green are excellent) but what really made us feel special was BENJAMIN!!! He’s the man. He made us feel so special and welcome. We’re a coupla country hippies and he made us feel like royalty. You’ve got a FIVE STAR worker with him. He totally made our stay, and we still talk about him months later. Our next trip is planned and we keep saying “god I hope Benjamin is working!” Hahaha. The other staff were no less wonderful, but he made it exceptional. As is the whole establishment. ROOST is an Incredible place to be at.
