Solstice at Wilton

I can’t add much more than all the previous rave reviews have said. I’m SO grateful I chose this guesthouse and that there was availability (there wasn’t initially but James had saved my request and circled back when an opening became available — amazing service before we’d even booked!). Truly one of the best small guesthouse experiences I’ve had. I had never been to Wilton Manors — it was cute — but it was Solstice and James that made this long weekend getaway pretty perfect. His welcoming and friendly manner sets the tone for the whole property and how the guests interact with each other. His attention to detail is extraordinary and he’s truly thought of everything (the cherry on top was the surprise bidet attachment on the toilet — that detail pushed it over the top for me). We stayed in the Cabana House, which was great cause it’s the only unit that has its own street side entrance. It’s slightly less private than the other units due to its proximity to the pool area, but it wasn’t an issue. Friendly guests to interact and trade local info with, extremely close walk to restaurants and bars, gorgeous pool and landscaping. All in all, a 100% satisfaction from me!

I can't express enough how much we enjoyed our stay at Solstice. James is so incredibly kind, inclusive and friendly with all of his guests and staying on his beautiful property made us feel like close friends rather than visitors. Everything is so clean and comfortable, and we always felt like we had everything we needed to enjoy our time in the room & by the pool (which feels like a whole oasis). We come to Wilton Manors 2-3 times a year, and I can honestly say this was 100% the best experience of them all - this will always be our first choice in the future. If you enjoy relaxation, fun and meeting friendly new people, you will love it too! Thanks for everything, James! :-)

Fantastic gay men's clothing optional resort!

An absolutely fantastic guesthouse. As everyone else has mentioned, James the owner and host is an absolute joy to deal with and cannot do enough. The rooms, grounds and facilities are all absolutely spot on and it’s difficult to find fault with anything. Location is unbeatable, right behind the action but peaceful being on the road behind Wilton Drive. Highly recommend d

What a great holiday here, so good in fact we've booked 2 more stays! A must stay if you are in Wilton Manor. James made us feel so welcome.

This place is AMAZING! Our room was CLEAN, had a clothing washer and dryer, SUPER comfy bed and a mini fridge stocked with beer! Oh... and James (the owner) had baked cookies and left them in our room. James.... they were delicious! Never say too much butter! The pool was refreshing, the hot tub was hot tubbin' and the fact that I can be in it nude.... way relaxing! The location is PERFECT! Walking distance to most of the hot spots Wilton Manors offers. Great food, great clubs and HOT gentlemen! Was a heavenly experience! BTW... JAMES.... You are the most gracious, accommodating, super sweet resort owner I have ever encountered! You were working hard but always took time to speak with your guests and ensure that we were taken care of! Thank you for a stupendous stay! Earl and I WILL be back! You've been warned! HAHA!

We love staying at solstice for all the great amenities and the retro mid-century vibe with modern amenities that you see on the website but here are some things you will get in person that will help you pack better and smarter. Homemade cookies upon arrival Bottled water and snacks poolside Suntan lotions poolside Soaps and shampoos -outdoor shower Detergent and dryer sheets for washer dryer units Complementary sunglasses Free Parking Rooms come with a lot of hangers Hand sanitizer Lysol spray and wipes Bidet toilet Full length mirrors A lot of pool and bath towels Extra pillows-You don’t have to ask for them Wide couch and throws for taking those afternoon siesta’s Real books that you want to read Umbrellas And of course, most importantly, owner Jimmy, who is meticulous and hands-on to make sure you have a great stay.

This is our second time here and we will be back many many more times. James is fantastic and makes you feel so welcome and comfortable.

Great location, true resort place that offers you more than you need.

I've stayed at Solstice 4 times, and am already booked for my next trip this winter! The clothing optional pool for men only and the convenient walking distance to everything on Wilton Drive can't be beat. No hidden resort fees or parking fees. The owner, James, is amazing!
